Documentation
During the event itself you should feel completely at ease, and afterwards your memories should be pleasant ones. Therefore we document the entire event for you, and can also hire professional photographers or camera teams if required. The extensive documentation also serves another purpose. Nobody is perfect, and because we want to welcome you again as a customer, we always review our work to spot any ways we can improve our service.
For this reason, we also identify scope for future improvements in our documentation, and analyse the proceedings as a whole. We welcome your feedback, because it helps us to identify improvements we can make for the next time!
