Our company manages all aspects of pharmaceutical meetings, symposia and conferences all over the world. I have worked with numerous DMC’s in a variety of countries. Some of my experiences have been disappointing, to say the least.
Last year, I had the pleasure of working with Susanne Schad and her team at New Dimensions while at our first event in Berlin. My client was bit apprehensive about doing business in Berlin since many of them recall the days before the wall came down and the difficulties they experience in the city. I must say, nothing could have been further from the truth. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, went flawlessly through the diligent work of the New Dimensions. From pre-planning to last minute changes, all of our requests were handled professionally, thoroughly and within budget guidelines. No task was too big or too small for Team New Dimensions. As an example, at the very last minute (and a surprise to all) we needed to move 20 boxes of vital symposium material the convention center. To make things more difficult, there was a very small window of time to make the delivery. Some how, some way, New Dimensions got the job done, and on time! This was proof enough for us to use New Dimensions for all future functions.
I highly recommend this company, and more importantly, I put my trust in them.
